Academic Hospitalist/Medical Consult
The Division of General Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking clinician-educators and academic clinicians. Practice your passion for providing outstanding medical care amongst colleagues with a reputation for excellence.
Position Highlights
- Join a collaborative and dedicated team caring for patients at Froedtert Hospital, a 700-bed, Level I award-winning, regional referral center in Milwaukee, WI.
- Work on a variety of teams including medical consults, advance heart failure, procedures, and observation team in conjunction with the Emergency Department.
- Participate in a variety of scholarly projects. Experience structured mentorship in medical education, quality improvement, and research.
- Teaching and education opportunities with residents, medical students and Advance Practiced Providers.

Position Requirements:
- Must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility to obtain an unrestricted licensed in the State of Wisconsin
- Strong clinical abilities, well-refined interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to MCW's academic missions
- Applicants with experience in hospital medicine and/or Perioperative and Consultative Medicine, and with strong communication skills are especially encouraged to apply.
