Audiology Tech (Extern for 4th Year Audiology Student)

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for checking in patients, answering front office phone, scheduling patients, and maintaining accurate schedule for audiologists. Independently prepares hearing aid orders, receives hearing aid deliveries, and coordinates purchase orders in excel. Routes hearing aids to audiologists with accurate documentation. Assists audiologists as directed in patient preparation, discharge, and hearing aid troubleshooting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

• In fourth year of Audiology School

Required Licenses/Certifications

Eligible for CAOHC and state license to fit and dispense hearing aids
