The Care Center Medical Director will serve as the clinical leader for
multi-state care centers, overseeing various models of value-based care
delivery, including physical care centers, virtual care, and external primary
care partnerships. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality care
and an exceptional patient experience across all care modalities in the region.
The ideal candidate is an
experienced Medical Director with a strong background in clinical leadership
who will set the standard of excellence within the eastern region of the United
States. The two Care Center Medical Directors (East and West) will divide
responsibilities for supervising Associate Medical Directors across different
geographical regions, co-manage internal meetings, and serve as a backup for
each other when needed.
As a key healthcare leader,
the Medical Director will collaborate with other health professionals to
address acute, chronic, and preventive care needs while supporting patients in
achieving their wellness goals. This role includes up to 20% clinical care in a
non-fixed patient panel capacity. Travel is required approximately 10-25% of
the time for meetings, care center visits, and speaking engagements.

Compensation & Benefits:
$255,000 -$380,000 annual salary & bonus eligible. Full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership
and oversight for multi-state care centers, ensuring high-quality,
patient-centered care. - Develop and implement
value-based care models, integrating physical care centers, virtual care, and external
primary care partnerships. - Supervise and support
Associate Medical Directors across designated geographical regions. - Co-manage internal meetings
and communication strategies with the West region Medical Director. - Serve as a backup for the
West region Medical Director when needed. - Maintain flexibility to
provide clinical care up to 20% of the time. - Travel up to 25% for
meetings, site visits, and industry engagements.
Requirements:
- Board Certified MD or DO in
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Gerontology. - Minimum 5-7 years of primary
care experience. - Minimum 2-3 years of
experience leading team-based care. - Valid DEA number and
willingness to obtain licensure in multiple markets. - Current CPR certification.
