Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Long-term Acute Care - (COTA - Acute)

Pay Rate: $1300.00 - $1352.00



Missouri licensed COTA needed for 13-week contract at a long-term care facility in Saint Joseph, MO. Client prefers 2 years post grad experience, but will consider new grads with LTC or Rehab experience. BLS (AHA) and Active MO COTA License (or compact eligible) required at time of application. Shifts will be 8hr days for 40 hours per week. Start date is asap.


Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Long Term Acute Care
Licenses: OTA-MO
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 2 References in the last 24 months
