Enrollment Representative

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and processes the enrollment of new members and re-enrollment of members in accordance with plan policies and procedures. Maintains accurate enrollment records and reports.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from high school or its equivalency is required. Minimum of one year insurance experience is required. HMO insurance experience and health care problem resolution experience preferred, clinical background is helpful, but not required.
