Years of Experience Required: 2 years
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Certifications Required:
o ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
o BLS (Basic Life Support)
o Ohio State License
Skills Required:
o Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care
o Proficiency in Abdominal, Female Pelvis, Male Pelvis, Chest, Brain, Face/Soft Tissue Neck, Hip/Bony Pelvis, Knee, and Shoulder imaging
o Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and Siemens equipment
Special Imaging Procedures:
o Fusion (non-brain)
o Gradient Echo Imaging
o Image post-processing (e.g., Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction)
o Maximum intensity projection (MIP)
o Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)
o Perfusion
o Spectroscopy
o Spin Echo Images
o Surface Coils
o T-1 Weighted Images
o T-2 Weighted Images
Spine Imaging: Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic

Required Qualifications
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technician
• ARRT certification
• Experience in outpatient, ER, and trauma settings
• Proficient in IV starts, EKGs, and contrast administration
• Strong communication skills
• Flu vaccination required
