Clinical managers are responsible for overseeing and managing direct reports in their day-to-day clinical care of patients. Employees are involved in direct patient care (in a clinic, SNFs etc.)

Job Function Description

Clinical managers are responsible for clinical outcomes, business operations targets and overseeing the performances of the advanced practitioners. They provide directions, assist with problem solving and guidance for clinical operations

Job Scope and Guidelines

- Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team.

- Oversee work activities of providers

- Adapts company's plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.

- Provides input to forecasting and planning activities.

- Understand that product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external).

Functional Competencies -will ensure that all direct reports are proficient in all areas

Travel Requirement: Manager will be expected to travel 25% of time at the job to orient and train new hires.
