Atlantic Health is Seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a Great Opportunity in Cedar Knolls, NJ

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a perdiem Nurse Practitioner to join the AMG Primary Care and Multi-Specialty practice at Cedar Knolls, NJ. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a large, cohesive team of physicians dedicated to providing high-quality cardiovascular care.

The primary role of the Nurse Practitioner is to work collaboratively with the cardiology team and provide immediate support by performing generalized office work, patient evaluations, follow-ups, and coordination of care. The ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and previous experience in an outpatient setting. The schedule for this position is working Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8am - 4pm (8 shifts per month). There is no weekend or call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of cardiology experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
