Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1280.28 - $1402.86



PTA needed asap for 13 weeks
8 hours per day, 5 days per week. General start time between 7 and 8:30 AM. Weekend rotation every 4 weeks
Facility Setting? Med Surg Acute
1-2 years experience
BLS
RI lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Potential to float to ARU
Number of beds in your facility? 210
Preferred experience level? Acute/Hospital experience
EMR for your facility: Cerner
Scrub colors / dress code: Light Gray scrubs
Parking Location: White lined parking spaces in the main parking lots


Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Acute
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PTA-RI
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
