PT needed asap for 13 weeks
Day, weekends and holidays
Evaluate, treat, document and discharge patients for physical therapy in a 25 bed critical access hospital on the Big Island of Hawaii at Kohala Hospital.
HI LIC required
2 years experience
BLS
EMR: EPIC


Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT-HI
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
AND
Physical Therapist, Skilled
SSN Required
DOB Required
