Position Summary
The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organization Development, Human Resources or Nursing
Credentials
Must maintain a valid driver's license

Essential Functions
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
Develop terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
Complete the onboarding process for all new hires.
Promote company's reputation and job openings at job fairs, community events, meetings with candidate, and school visits.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the section process.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulation along with company polices.
