    • The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    • Education

      • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organization Development, Human Resources or Nursing
    • Credentials

      • Must maintain a valid driver's license
  • Physical Demands

    • Sit constantly.
    • Stands and/or walk occasionally.
    • Bend, reach, stoop and crouch occasionally.
    • Reach waist to overhead occasionally.
    • Ability to hear, speak and see within normal limits.
    • Manual dexterity within normal limits.
    • Lift 5 pounds frequently.
    • Carry 5 to 25 pounds frequently.
    • No pushing and/or pulling.
    • Computer use constantly.
  • Essential Functions

    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
    • Develop terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
    • Complete the onboarding process for all new hires.
    • Promote company's reputation and job openings at job fairs, community events, meetings with candidate, and school visits.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the section process.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulation along with company polices.
