This facility follows a TEAM NURSING MODEL:
Medical Surgical Unit Care Level
2 Registered Nurses 7:1 ratio
1 LPN 14:1 ratio

Required Qualifications
1 Year of Experience in Specialty + FL/Compact License
Willingness to Float to Units Appropriate for Skillset
AHA BLS + NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications
5 Years of Experience in Specialty
Previous Travel Experience
EPIC EMR Experience
Chemo Certification
