Ambulatory Clinic Cardiology RN needed located at outpatient clinic : 2700 grant street ste 106 Concord CA
830a-5p 40hrs per week ***REQUIRED CA lic 2yrs min exp must have cardiac exp previously worked in a cardiology dept must have ambulatory triage or medical office exp EPIC exp must be able to triage patient calls must have BLS associate degree from accredited school of nursing required *** the ambulatory nurse provides clinical support to the physicians, ensuring a highly efficient well trained clinical team that supports the optimal level of operations and patient satisfaction. delegates, assesses, plans, coordinates to provide higher level of patient care activities. RN with exp in similar setting with cardiac patients/ triage and manage emergent and non emergent patient phone calls+msgs. Provides support to the healthcare providers, utilizing high level of critical thinking, assessment, coordination. Interpret complex info and guide patients/families to navigate the multiple services and communicate same. Perform duties in clinic with in-office procedures as well as clinical administrative tasks. PREFERRED onco cardio gastro endo and obgyn exp if we can find it
Required Qualifications
Outpatient Cardiology Clinic Experience Required
CA RN LIC
BLS
EPIC Charting Experience Required
# of beds, trauma level and EMR for every facility listed in the work history
